كثيرا ما يستغل الدين كدافعا أو ستارا أو لقبول مفهوم مرفوض من البعض فمن الناس من يتخفي وراء إطالة الذقون ومنهم من يتلاعب بالفتاوي الدينية ومنهم من يخرجها خصيصا لحساب البعض ! هذه هو ما يفاجأنا به هذا الكتاب ومؤلفه الأستاذه محمد الباز والذي به طال أرفع منصب ديني في العالم الإسلامي وهو شيخ الأزهر " محمد سيد طنطاوي " فهو يدين الشيخ بمحاباته للسلطة السياسية في مصر علي حساب الدين والحق مهما كانت التضحيات وهو في لا يطلق إتهامات باطلة وإنما يقدم الوثائق والمستندات التي تؤيد ما يقول هذا بالإضافة إلي أن الكثير من تلك القضايا والفتاوي راحت سيرتها في الجرائد والصحف ولكن ينقصها التفاصيل التي نجدها في الكتاب لايعني هذا أن الكتاب كل مافيه مفصل لخبر معلوم مسبقا وإنما يقدم أيضا الجديد الذي يدور في مكاتب كبار المسئولين ودهاليز القضاء .
ماذا تقول لربك غدًا يا شيخ الأزهر ضاق به الناس في كل مكان أزعجتهم أفكاره وفتاويه أرقتهم آراؤه وأذهلهم استعداده الدائم لأن يضع علمه وفقهه وما من به الله عليه في خدمة السلطة هنا لا أناقش شيخ الأزهر في أفكاره ولا آراءه ولا فتاويه..
لكنني أضع أمامكم وثائق تدين الإمام الأكبر وتؤكد أنه لا يعمل لوجه الله لا أريد من شيخ الأزهر أن يوضح موقفه أو يعتذر عما بدا منه.. لكني أسأله سؤالًا واحدًا ماذا تقول لربك غدًا يا شيخ طنطاوي؟!
