هذا الكتاب لا يعتبر قاعدة أساسية لتأصيل المعرفة الاتصالية في القرآن الكريم يربطها بعلم الاتصال والإعلام وحسب، وإنما يعتبر فتحاً جديداً في نظريات الإعلام والاتصال.
ذلك ليس ادعاءً، ولكنه واقع؛ لأن هذه المساهمة التأصيلية هي أول مساهمه علمية تطبيقية اعتمدت علي الملاحظة للتجارب الغيبية في الوحي والرؤي التي تعرض للأنبياء والمرسلين وصالح المؤمنين، واعتمدت علي التطبيقات التعبدية لشعائر الحج العمرة والجمعة والمديح، والتواصل الشفاهي بين أفراد المجتمع المسلم، كقاعدة تطبيقية لتجريب الرسالة الاتصالية في المجتمع، وتخريج نظرية متكاملة في الاتصال عبر وسيط، والاتصال المباشر والاتصال التعليمي التعبدي في إطار نظري متكامل.
إن الدراسة وإن أحاطت بالموضوع الذي تعرضت له لا تدعي اكتمال تفصيلات النظرية الإسلامية في الاتصال في ثناياها، وإنما بحسبها أن تقول: إنها قدمت نموذجاً ومعقولات نظرية متكاملة البناء في مقدماتها ونتائجها، جديرة بتدريسها لطلاب كليات ومعاهد علوم الاتصال وإسلام المعرفة باعتباره عملاً غير مسبوق ورائداً.
