مؤلف كتاب "القدس الشريف في الاستشراق اليهودي"، د.
محمد رضوان، هو كاتب وصحافي مغربي، حاصل على دكتوراة الدولة في العلوم السياسية من جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء (المغرب)، وشارك في دورات دراسية بالمعهد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان بستراسبورغ (فرنسا)، وأكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية (هولندة)، فضلا عن مشاركته في ندوات داخل المغرب وخارجه.
وهو إلى نشاطه العلمي، يشتغل الكاتب في حقل الصحافة منذ أزيد من 20 عاما بوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء (وكالة الأنباء المغربية).
وللمؤلف إصدارات علمية متعددة، منها كتاب "منازعات الحدود في العالم العربي"، الصادر عن دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (1996)، وكتاب "المبادئ العامة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والعدالة الدولية"، دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (2010)، وكتاب "أوهام الغرب عن الإسلام، بحث في جذور معاداة الثقافة الإسلامية في الغرب"، مطبعة الأندلس بالدار البيضاء (2013)، إلى جانب طبعة إلكترونية لنفس الكتاب صدرت عن إحدى دور النشر الإلكترونية بلندن (بريطانيا).

حين يتولى الأديب الناقد محمد رضوان الترجمة لحياة أديب نراه يدلف إلى روح هذا الأديب ويتسرب إلى حياته وما اضطرب فيها من حال إلى حال ويتشح برداء عصره الذي عاشه ويتنسم ما كان يستنشقه فتحى ترجمته كظل الغصن أو رجع الصدى وهو يجتهد في العثور على مفتاح شخصية المترجم له بعد أن اختار (المنهج النفسي) في كتابه تراجمه فالعثور على مفتاح شخصية الفنان أمر عسير المارب لا يستجيب إلا لقلة من الكتاب فهذا المفتاح كالشفرة السرية التي تكتب بها البرقيات السرية الخطيرة في السياسة أو في الحرب.
