أما بالنسبة للمصطلحات فهى كلمات تعبر عن معنى أو مفهوم ترسخ عبر أجيال وأجيال.
هذا الكتاب محاولة لسد الفجوة بين استخدامنا لأقوال ومصطلحات شائعة فى حياتنا، وبين فهمنا لمعان ومدلولات هذه الأقوال والمصطلحات من أجل أكبر استفادة ممكنة، وحتى لا نردد الأشياء دون أن نعرف أصلها ومعناها.
