لعله سيكون مناسباً أن نبلور من خلال الدراسة الماثلة التطبيق الأمثل لقواعد النظرية من خلال تشريح نصوص بعض المنظمات الفاعلة على الصعيد الدولي. ولا يخفى أن أهم نموذج لتلك المنظمات يتمثل في منظمة الأمم المتحدة كأهم مثل للمنظمات العالمية حيث ينضم إلى عضويتها 98% من دول العالم.
ومن المسلم به- الآن- أن المنظمات الدولية- العالمي منها والإقليمي- أصبحت من الظواهر التي تحتل دراسة فائقة على صعيد المنظومة العالمية. ولعل الناظر إلى تشعب العلاقات الدولية يستلفت إنتباهه أهمية تلك المنظمات في تحقق نوع من الإستقرار والنماء لخير البشرية وشعوب العالم سيما النامي منها.
فإذا كان الإنسان بتكوينه خلق ليكون كائنا اجتماعيا، فقد ارتبط في أمور معيشته بأمثاله من البشر ليتعامل معهم في كافة مناحي الحياة وأمورها. ومع المنظور العمري والسني للمجتمع الدولي، بدأت التوجهات الفكرية والعقائدية تفرض نفسها وبحق- في الأنماط الحياتية المختلفة لتلك العلاقات.
فمع بداية القرن الجديد الذي استهل شهد طفرة هائلة في مجال التواجد الفاعل للمنظمات الدولية، بحيث باتت ظاهرة المنظمات الدولية من ظواهر الحياة الإنسانية المعاصرة. ويؤكد ذلك العددد الهائل من المنظمات الدولية التي جاوز مع بداية التسعينات الثلاثمائة منظمة تغطي بنشاطها كافة مجالات الحياة الدولية.
