Book Description
"معجم الأسماء المستعارة وأصحابها-لا سيما في الأدب العرب الحديث" هو معجم فريد لأنه الوحيد الذي يتناول الأسماء المستعارة وأسماء أصحابها في الثقافة العربية المعاصرة، دون أن يخلو من ذكر الأسماء المستعارة لبعض المشهورين من القدامى مع ذكر أسمائهم الحقيقية.
وقد ساق المؤلف ألفبائياً أسماء الكتاب والمؤلفين وبعض الفنانين الذين اتخذوا أو أعطوا أسماء غير أسمائهم الحقيقية، معتمداً كمدخل أساسي اسم العائلة أو الشهرة، كلما كان ذلك بالإمكان، مرفقاً به تاريخ سنتي الولادة والوفاة حيثما أسعفت المصادر المعتمدة، مع بعض المعلومات الأساسية الأخرى عن صاحب المدخل وذكر لأشهر مؤلفاته ومصادر دراسته. وتسهيلاً للباحثين جعل المؤلف من الأسماء المستعارة أيضاً، بالإضافة إلى الأسماء الحقيقية، مداخل أثبتها في مواقعها من سياق المعجم.
وغلى جانب ذلك أدخل يوسف اسعد داغر طائفة من أسماء الجمعيات العلمية والأدبية والرابطات القلمية والمؤتمرات الأدبية والثقافية، فعرف بها تعريفاً مقتضباً مفيداً.
كل ذلك بأسلوب سلس بسيط يثير في القارئ مزيداً من الفضول العلمي، واضعاً بين يديه العشرات من المصادر والمراجع التي تساعده في بحثه واستقصاءاته.
وهذا الأثر هو أحد آخر أعمال المؤلف. فقد توفي بعده، مخلفاً فراغاً، في عالم التوثيق والمكتبات وتاركاً عدداً من المخطوطات التي لا تزال تنتظر النشر لتكون طريقاً للدارسين ونبرساً للمثقفين.
