ولد في 05 ماي 1962 بمدينة تارودانت.
حاصل على الإجازة في الآداب العصرية سنة 1986 من كلية الآداب بمراكش.
وهو حاليا أستاذ بالأقسام التحضيرية بمدينة بني ملال.
ونشر في المنابر الثقافية التالية: مجلة فكر ونقد المغربية، مجلة عمان الأردنية، القدس العربي اللندنية، ملحق الاتحاد الاشتراكي الثقافي، ملحق العلم الثقافي.

"... رغم أنّي أفريقي النشأة، ما دمت ولدت وترعرعتُ بالجزائر، فإنّي شعرتُ في أعماقي للمفارقة العجيبة، لمّا رحلت إلى المملكة الشريفة، بشحنة تغلي بفائضِ ما كوّنه الأوروبيّ فينا عن أفريقيا، وظلّ يسرح به في مرعى خيالنا من أوهام؛ فصدّقت بأنّ تلك الأرض ما هي إلاّ مأوى للرّعاع والهَمج الأقرب ما يكونون إلى الحيوان منهم إلى دائرة البشر، لأنّ لا رابطة ثمّة تربط بينهم، ولا عروة تمسك بتلابيب بعضهم، لتلحم بين العناصر غير المتآلفة في بوتقة واحدة؛ وإنّما هم على العكس طوائفُ متنافرة تتصارع، وشيعٌ منقسمة تتناحر، وقبائل لا تحفظ للودّ أصولاً، ولا تصون لحياة الجماعة حرمة، فتنشر الفساد والعيْث حيثما حلّت، وارتحلت.
ألم يلقَ ثمّة إميل موشان مصرعه، مثلما لقي قبله البنكي الشاب أندريه شاربونييه ذلك، إلى جانب من مات أيضاً هناك من غير الفرنسيين؟!... ثم ألم يقل الجنرال هوبير ليوطي بالذات عن تلك البلاد، إلى بعض أصدقائه في الحزب الكولونيالي، وهو الخبير في شؤون شمال أفريقيا لدى الكي دورسي، حين كان هذا يخطّط للإنقضاض على المملكة الشريفة من مختلف الجهات: "ليس المغرب أمّة، وإنما ذرّاتُ غبار بشريّ، وسديمٌ هجين، وقطعة مركّبة من القبائل ذات الطّبع المتحرّر، التي تتقاتل في ما بينها"؟!".
