بدأ أفْعوانُ الحرب يعزفُ صليلَ هلاكٍ في الخارج, وكان الصمتُ حائرًا بداخل المنزل الكبير, وفي لحظةِ سكوتٍ مُريبة؛ تراقصَ في أرجاء البهْو الفسيحِ هزيزُ هواءٍ.. أعْقبه ارتفاعٌ شديدٌ لقعقعة السّلاح, مازجَه نحيبُ ريحٍ عاصف, رحلَ بغيومِ مطرٍ وشيكٍ نحْو بقاعٍ بعيدة. تهيمُ "يمن" كلّ يومٍ في عالمِ أحْلام اليقظة.. ترى نفسَها تسافر على جناحِ طائرٍ خرافي إلى بلاد العجائب. تقطفُ قدرًا جميلًا.. تخترقُ المستحيل نحْو الأيام الوردية, ممْتَطية صهوةَ موجٍ متلألئ.. تغتسل برذاذِ سموّ.. تلملمُ انْكسارًا داخليًّا يملؤها بشعور الهَشاشة والنّزع من الجذور.. تخيّلت نفسَها مرارًا بطلةً من عالم الخوارق؛ تنطلقُ ممزّقة رداء القهْر الملتحفُ به جسدُ المدينة. تكنسُ قمامة فكْرٍ أسود يكدّر صفوَ العقول, تحفرُ على جلْمود قلوبٍ صلْدةٍ كلمةَ حبّ.. تنتزعُ عمرًا جديدًا من بيْن فكّي غول الحرب, تطرد زمنَ الوجع, تسكت ريح الفناء, تزرع وردَ حنُوّ في الأحداقِ غابَ لزمنٍ بين ركام الأحْقاد.. تبحثُ عن وطنٍ وئدَ تحت بقايا انتماء..!
