كما تحدثت عن سياسة اللورد كرومر وسيطرته على الجهاز الاداري والفني بنظارة المعارف وتناولت أيضا دور اللورد جورج لويد وخليفته السير برسي لورين، وقد اختتمت دراستها بمعالجة التعليم الانجليزي في فترة السيرمايلز لامبسون.
