Book Description
قد ذكر اسمه في هذا الكتاب جواد بن الشفيع، المحلى بالألف واللام، وقد ذكر بمصادر عدة اسم أبيه عار عن التحلية وعنون بــ (جواد بن شفيع).
ولعل تعريفه أشتباه صدر من العجمة، وأما تاريخ ولادته فقد طوى عليه التاريخ وجهه ولم يسجله في صفحاته، نعم أنّه من مواليد تبريز كما يظهر من تتبع بعض كلمات من أرخ له.
دراسته: درس في بداية عمره وأيام شبابه في النجف الأشرف وحضر دروس أساتذتها العظام أقطاب وحتى العلم وكنوز المعرفة وصلحاء الخلق.
وقد سجل المؤرخون لحياته الشريفة أهمّ أساتذته: 1- فقد حضر فقهاً على الأستاذ المرحوم آية الله الفقيه المحقق الحاج آقا رضا الهمداني، من أعاظم علماء الإمامية في عصره ومن يشار إليه بالبنان، وقد كان من 1-مقدمة شرح لقاء الله للسيد الفهري، تلاميذ الشيخ الأنصاري، ومع ما بلغ من العلم والتقوى والصلاح فإنه عاش حياة الفقراء يعيش في بعض الأحيان على صلاة الإجارة، من أعظم كتبه مصباح الفقيه في الفقه لا سيما كتاب الطهارة والصلاة، وكان يحضر درسه خيرة الفضلاء والعلماء.
ويعتبر كتابه هذا من أدق ما وصل إليه الإستدلال الفقهي عند الإمامية رضي الله تعالى عنهم.
2-وحضر في أصول الفقه عند الأستاذ الأعظم والأخوند الأكبر آية الله العظمى وحجته الكبرى المجاهد الشيخ محمد كاظم الخراساني.
وهو من أجلة علماء الشيخ الأنصاري صاحب المكاسب والرسائل، وقد صار زعيماً للشيعة في زمانه على الإطلاق.
له مواقف مشهودة في محاربة الإستعمار وقد جهز جيشاً لذلك وخرج للكوفة لأجل التحرك ولكنه استشهد في تلك الليلة بالسم على يد عملاء الإستعمار لعنهم الله تعالى.
