"تبيين الحقائق شرح كنز الدقائق" كتاب في الفقه مفصل شرح فيه الإمام الزيلعي متن "كنز الدقائق" للإمام النسفذذي، والإمام النسفي هو عبد الله بن محمود أبو البركات حافظ الدين النسفي وهو من أهل إيذاج من كور أصبهان، كان رحمه الله إماماً كاملاً عديم النظر في زمانه رأساً في الفقه والأصول بارعاً في الحديث ومعانيه، ومتفقهاً بالدين وأوصله، ومتنه، "كنز الدقائق" هو من أهم المصنفات التي دونها في الفقه وأصوله. ولهذا اهتم الإمام الذيلعي وهو "عثمان بن يونس أبو عمر" بشرحه وتبيان ما فيه من دقائق المسائل الفقهية كما واهتم الشيخ "أحمد عزو عناية" بتحقيقه وبالتقديم له بنبذة جاءت بمثابة ترجمة للمتن وللشرح الذي جاء عليه، وزيادة في الإيضاح قام بتذييل الشرح بحاشية دونها الإمام العلامة "الشلبي" على الشرح وأثبت متن تبين الحقائق من أعلى الصفحة، وذلك ليتمكن القارئ من مقارنة متن الشرح مع الحاشية التي جاءت عليه.
