نبذة عن الكتاب:
تأتي رواية «ملاك النسيان» للكاتبة مايا هادرلاب، من بين الإصدارات النوعية والمتخصصة من روائع الأدب العالمي، التي عوّدتنا عليها دار المنى للنشر والتوزيع (السويد- عمّان). تقدّم الرواية الفائزة بالجائزة الألمانية «انجبورغ باشمان» جائزة برونو كرايسكي، صوراً كثيرة في وصف الألم الذي يحل بعائلة سويدية. يُمكن وصف هذه الرواية (248 صفحة، ترجمة الجزائري مدني قصري) بأنها رواية «شاعرية هائلة»، فهي كما جاء على غلافها الأخير «قصة ترويها طفلة بريئة، جمعت تفاصيلها من جدّتها التي نجت من معسكر اعتقال رافنسبروك، لتدخلنا إلى عالم لا نكاد نصدقه، لكنه عالم كان ولا يزال حقيقياً. عالم سلوفينيّي كارنثيا الذين يتأرجح مصيرهم عند حدود عالمين حُرموا من انتمائهم إليهما». من خلال شخصية الجدة، تصف الكاتبة برقّة وحسّ شعري، تجارب الرجال والنساء والأطفال، وصفاً يجعلنا نشعر وكأننا نعرفهم جميعاً، على الرغم من أنهم يحملون أسراراً ثقيلة. ويكتب النمسويّ بيتر هاندكه أنّ الرواية تحتفي بمجموعة من الشخصيات لا مثيل لها، هنا نجد «الجدّة التي لا مثيل لها، والوالد الفقير الذي لا مثيل له، والأموات الذين لا مثيل لهم، والطفلة التي لا مثيل لها».
تصوّر الرواية ألم الجوع في المعسكرات عبر أقسى الصور: «في المعسكر كان الخبز هو كل ما يمكن أكله، وليس أكثر منه غذاء، قالت جدّتي وهي تشير بالإبهام والسبابة إلى حجم قطع الخبز الموزعة على السجناء، وكان هذا الخبز كافياً ليوم واحد وليومين اثنين أحياناً.».
