هذا الكتاب تحقيق لمخطوطة أهداها حسين فيض الله الهمداني إلى مكتبة الدراسات الشرقية بلندن وعنوانها "سجلات وتوقيعات وكتب لمولانا الإمام المستنصر بالله أمير المؤمنين صلوات الله عليه- إى دعاة اليمن وغيرها ن قدس الله أرواح جميع المؤمنيين) وجدها الهمداني فى الهند وهى تعتبر مصدر تاريخي مهم له قيمة أدبية كبيرة لما حوته من سجلات صادرة إلى ملوك الصليحيين فى اليمن عن ديوان الإنشاء الفاطمي بالقاهرة وتستعرض أيضا السجلات العلاقات السياسية الدينية بين اليمن ومصر وذلك بإبراز الحوادث المهمة التى كان القطران مسرحا لها في عهد المستنصر بالله وابنه المستعلي بالله فتبين ما أولياه لأسرة الصليحيين من ثقة مطلقة فقد خولهم إلى نشر العقائد الشيعية في اليمن كما تستطيع أن تعرف من الوثائق الأحداث التى وقعت في مصر فى عهد الخليفة وابنه فى الخارج والداخل فهى تمدنا بمعلومات مهمة عن نظم الدولة الفاطمية السياسية في مصر.
ولهذه السجلات قيمة أدبية كبيرة فعددها فاق الست وستين سجلا لم يتوفر مثلها من قبل.
