إن سطور هذا الكتاب تشتبك مع الأحداث الجارية, وتكشف من خلالها طبيعة الصراع بين الإسلام والعلمانية, وقد تعود هذه السطور إلي الماضي أو التاريخ لتضئ بعض المواقف التي تفخر بها الأمة الإسلامية وتعتز.
وفي كل الأحوال, فإن محنة الوطن ترجع في جانب مهم منها؛ إلي دور النخبة العلمانية التي أثرت مساندة الأستبداد, وأيدت مصادرة الحرية, لصالح أستئصال الإسلام بوصفه العدو الأول والرئيسي للتقدم والأزدهار!
ولا ريب أن الصراع الذي يقوده من يطلق عليهم "مثقفو الحظيرة" الموالون للأستبداد والقهر, ضد الإسلام وثقافته وقيمه, سيمتد إلي آماد غير معروفة, طالما كان الدعم الخارجي القادم من المؤسسة الأستعمارية الصليبية مستمراً وفعالاً, بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.
وفي كل الأحوال, فإن واجب أبناء الأمة, الحريصين علي إسلامهم ومستقبلهم أن يكشفوا طبيعة الصراع, وأبعاده, وملامحه, خاصة وأن الطرف العلماني يجيد لعبة "الأكاذيب", والتعبير عن أفكاره علي نطاق كبير, وهو مالا يتوفر إلا بصورة محدودة للطرف الإسلامي الذي يمثل الغالبية العظمي.
إن المثقف الأستئصالي سيد الموقف بلا ريب, لأنه حاضر في كل الظروف والأحوال, أما المثقف الأصيل فهو محجوب, ومغيب, ومطارد, ولكنه موجود, ويتحرك في حدود إمكاناته المتاحة, وهو ما يوجب أستغلال الوسائل الجديدة مثل الشبكة الضوئية (النت) دفاعاً عن الإسلام, والرد علي الشبهات, وكشف الأعيب المزورين..
