يشكل الدخول إلى معهد الدروس القضائية، الهدف الأكبر لمعظم حملة إجازة الحقوق. ولكن كيف ذلك والصعوبات تتدفق عليه من كل جهة؟ فهناك اختلاف شاسع بين منهجية الأسئلة التي اعتاد عليها حملة الإجازة في السنوات الأربع، والتقنيات التي يجب أن يتبعها في حلّ المسائل المطروحة في مباريات الدخول.
ولهذا كان هذا الكتاب "المرشد لمباراة الدخول -إلى معهد الدروس القضائية- قسم القضاء العدلي" حاجة ماسة لعدم وجود تجربة مماثلة سابقاً، ولمساعدة الطالب المجاز في الحقوق للإنتقال من روحية العمل الجامعي إلى روحية العمل التطبيقي المختلف نوعاً ما عما سبقه.
ولقد قسك هذا الكتاب إلى قسمين. يجمع القسم الأول الأسئلة التي طرحت في مباريات الدخول، في ما يلي: 1-قانون الموجبات والعقود. 2-قانون العقوبات العام. 3-قانون التجارة البرية. 4-قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية. 5-الثقافة العامة بإحدى اللغتين الفرنسية أو الإنكليزية.
ولتوسيع آفاق الطالب، تم إضافة قسم آخر يضم أسئلة مماثلة للمسائل المطروحة في مباريات الدخول. ونشير هنا أن المؤلف لم يجب عن الأسئلة رغبة منه بترك حرية التحليل للطالب، إذ أن هذه الطريقة ليست الطريقة الوحيدة لمنهجية الإجابة. إنه قد وضع للطالب انموذجاً عن "الإعلان" الذي يحدد مضامين كل مادة، وشروط اجتياز المباراة ومراحلها.
