عبد القادر بن عمر البغدادي
• علّامة بالأدب والتاريخ والأخبار.
• ولد وتأدب ببغداد. وأولع بالأسفار، فرحل إلى دمشق ومصر وأدرنة. وجمع مكتبة نفيسة. وتوفي في القاهرة.
• كان يتقن آداب التركية والفارسية.

• «خزانة الأدب - ط» أربعة مجلدات، شرح به شواهد شرح الكافية للأستراباذي.

هذه الخزانة شرح فيها مصنفها الشواهد التي وردت في شرح الكافية في النحو للرضي الأستراباذي، والشواهد الواردة فيه زهاء ألف بيت، فقد حل إشكالها وأوضح غموضها وبين مغزاها، إضافة إلى تنقيح الأبيات مما انضم إليها من التحريف والتصحيف . ويبين موارد الشاهد في كتب النحو الأخرى ويأتي بشواهد أخرى تعززه، ويأتي بآراء النحوين ومذاهبهم في المسائل النحوية الواردة في الكتاب وهذه طبعة عليها هوامش وتعليقات مهمة وفي آخرها فهارس علمية.
