بين يدينا الجزء السابع من "بحوث في الفقه المعاصر" تعرّض فيه المؤلف لما اجتمع من أبحاث اشترك فيها في مجامع فقهيّة، كمصطلح التوريق، والتورّق، وظاهرة التعبّد، واستنساخ الأعضاء.
كما ذكر في هذا الجزء بحوث في فقه الإختلاف ومصطلح أهل البيت بين الشيعة والسنّة الذي استدعى فيها في "قطر" بدعوة من الجامعة الأكاديمية للعلوم الإسلامية في قطر.
وأيضاً: في هذا الجزء مبحثان مهمّان من أبحاث الوقف: الأوّل: وقف السندات والصكوك والحقوق المعنوية والمنافع، الثاني: أحكام الوقف على رأي المذاهب السبعة (الإمامية، الحنفية، المالكية، الشافعية، الحنابلة، الزيدية، الظاهرية)، فكان بحثاً شاملاً جامعاً لأمُّهات مسائل الوقف على المذاهب السبعة.
