Book Description
التحكم control هو فرع من العلوم الهندسية التي تعتمد على قاعدة رياضية متينة لدراسة سلوك المنظومات systems والتحكم فيها.
والهدف الرئيس لنظم التحكم في الصناعة هو توفير السيطرة، والتنظيم الجيد للعمل في شروط تشغيل محددة، والسماح بالإنتقال التدريجي إلى نقاط عمل وتشغيل جديدة مع ضمان عمل موثوق وآمن.
نظام التحكم هو تشكيل لمجموعة مكونات فيزيائية صممت لتغيير برنامج ما وتنظيمه أو للتحكم بنظام آخر، على أن تحقق خصائص أو سلوكاً محدداً، وتقسم نظم التحكم عادة إلى نظم تحكم ذات دارة مفتوحة (يكون فيها التحكم مستقل عن الخرج الفيزيائي للنظام) ونظم تحكم ذات دارة مغلقة، أو تسمى أحياناً ذات تغذية خلفية (يعتمد فيها فعل التحكم على الخرج الفيزيائي للنظام).
فالتحكم الخطي يعتمد على وصف المنظومة المطلوب التحكم بها بمجموعة من المعادلات التفاضلية الخطية التي تربط بين مخارج المنظومة ومداخلها، أو بين متحولات تصف سلوكها الداخلي (تسمى متحولات الحالة state variables) ومداخلها.
قد تكون هذه المنظومات وحيدة المدخل أو متعددة المداخل، ووحيدة المخرج أو متعددة المخارج، ويقال عن النظم التي توصف بمعادلات تفاضلية خطية بالنظم الخطية linear systems (إذ تربط المخارج علاقات خطية بمداخل النظام).
ويمكن أيضاً أن توصف النظم الخطية أنها متغيرة مع الزمن time variant أو غير متغيرة مع الزمن time invariant وفقاً لعوامل المعادلات التفاضلية الواصفة لسلوكها، أما التحكم اللاخطي فيعتمد على وصف المنظومة بمجموعة من المعادلات التفاضلية غير الخطية التي تربط بين مخارج المنظومة ومداخلها أو بين متحولات تصف سلوكها الداخلي (تسمى متحولات الحالة أيضاً).
