أبو سعد النَّيْسَابُوري (476 - 548 هـ = 1083 - 1153 م)
محمد بن يحيى بن منصور، أبو سعد، محيي الدين النيسابورىّ: رئيس الشافعية بنيسابور في عصره. ولد في طريثيث (من نواحي نيسابور) وتفقه على الإمام الغزالي. ودرّس بنظامية نيسابور. وقتلته (الغز) لما استولوا على نيسابور في وقعتهم مع السلطان سنجر السلجوقي.

Book Description
شرف المصطفى كتاب للفقيه أبي سعد عبد الملك الواعظ، كان دافعه إلى تصنيفه حب النبي والإنس بذكره، فالمرء مع من أحب، وموضوع هذا الكتاب هو أشرف الموضوعات وأفضلها، فالعلوم تشرف وتفضل على بعضها بشرف وفضل موضوعها، وقد أراد المؤلف أن يقتبس بعضاً من أقوال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وأفعاله وأحواله وأوصافه وإن يذكر ما يتعلق بدلائل نبوءته صلى الله عليه وسلم وعلاماتها.
وأصل الكتاب ثلاث نسخ خطية اعتمد عليها المحقق عند المقابلة، وقد تطلب منه المر جهداً كبيراً، لم يتوقف العمل فيه على المقابلة والتخريج، إذ لم تكن أبواب الكتاب مرتبة، كما أن النسخ الثلاث لم تتفق على ترتيب واحد. وقد قام المحقق بإعادة ترتيب الأحاديث المنثورة والمسرودة، كلاً في الباب أو الموضع الذي أراده المؤلف، كما وعمد إلى ترجمة الأحاديث المعجزات في فصول بعد تفنيدها وجمعها وترتيبها، وقام بعمل ترجمة لرجال الأحاديث المسندة في أول كل موع وخرج الآيات والأحاديث.
