موقف الإخوان المسلمين في العراق من صدام حسين والغزو الأمريكي يتلخّص في التالي: لم يزل الغرب الصليبي محور الصراع منذ عهد الرسالة وحتى الآن، ولم ينفك يوماً واحداً من معاداتنا وتمزيقنا ونهب ثرواتنا، وهو يعدُّ العدّة لتسليم دول الخليج واليمن إلى حليفه التاريخي - الدولة الصفوية - بعد أن قدم لها العراق على طبق من ذهب.
قد يقول البعض أن صدام حسين هو الذي أتاح الفرصة للأمريكان والصهاينة والصفويين في أن يحققوا أهدافهم، لكننا نقول لهم ان هذا الكلام باطل ومردود فنحن مسؤولون أمام الله تعالى عن حماية أراضينا ومقدساتنا، ولن نقول لرب العزّة أن صدام حسين كان السبب، فكل إستعمار له ذرائعه وأسبابه ولا يمكن أن نُسقط فريضة الجهاد ضدّ هذا الغزو الصليبي الصهيوني الصفوي بحجة صدام أو غيره من الحكام.
ولا يجوز أن نتعامل مع الغزاة أو نؤيدهم وننصرهم ونمكنّهم من رقابنا وديننا وثرواتنا، تحت ذريعة دفع المفاسد وجلب المصالح والتي أصبحت على لسان كل عميل ومافون فحكام اليوم أفسد ألف مرة من صدام وظلهم أكثر من ألف صدام... أنها ليست قضية صدام ليبرروا عمالتهم.
... فالقوات الأمريكية ومعها الصهيونية جاءت بقرارها هي... وبنية البقاء وبنية تدمير القوة العسكرية العربية... والإستحواذ على ثروات الأمة النفطية، إن الذين حرّضوا الأمريكيين على غزو العراق وكانوا السبب في مجيئه فحسابهم بعد جلاء القوات الأجنبية الغازية.
