كتاب متميز و شامل حول الكعبة المشرفة ، يتناول الكتاب جوانب متعددة حول الكعبة و تاريخها و عمارتها و وصف داخلي لها ، يبدأ الكتاب بالفصل الأول حول بدء الكون و خلق السماوات و الأرض ، و في الفصل الثاني تناول الكعبة و بناؤها في مكة المكرمة ، و في الفصل الثالث يتحدث عن مبني النبي (ص) في الكعبة ، و يتحدث في الفصل الرابع عن التغييرات التي طرأت علي الكعبة بعد تعديلات عبد بن الزبير و الحجاج بن يوسف الثقفي ، و في الفصل الخامس يتناول ترميم الكعبة من القرن الثالث حتى القرن السابع الهجري ، و في القسم الثالث للكتاب يتناول بعض الموضوعات العلمية و علاقتها بالكعبة مثل نظرية النسبية لأينشتاين و موقع الكعبة في خريطة الكرة الأرضية .
