إن فلسفة أيّ بحثٍ في مسائل الأمر يفصل فيها العلم عن الدين، هي فلسفة خاطئة، فالعلم هو المقدمات السليمة لفلسفة أي بحث صادق هادف، والدين هو النتيجة التي يقرها الوجدان والفطرة السليمة.. فالحقيقة هي هدف ونتيجة البحث العلمي المنهجي، والقرآن الكريم هو ميزان هذه الحقيقة.. وهكذا يكون البرهان العلمي نور الحقيقة، والقرآن الكريم نور البرهان.
وفي هذه النظرية سنبحر في عمق النور غير المحدود الذي تحمله كلمات الله تعالى، لنرى كيف أن المنهجية والإنتظام والدقة في كتاب الله تعالى، هي مطلقة، ولنرى كيف أن الحقيقة لا تظهر إلا بالبحث العلمي المحاط بإطار النص، والمجرد عن كل تقليد وتعصب.
واحتوى نص النظرية على النقاط التالية:
القرآن الكريم ينتمي لعالم الأمر ويتعلق بصفات الله تعالى، وهو كلام الله تعالى وقوله.
لغة القرآن الكريم فطرية موحاة اقتضتها مشيئة الله تعالى وحكمته، وهي ليست وضعية من اختيار البشر.
أي كلمة قرآنية تحمل معنى يدور في إطار المعنى الذي يحمله جذرها اللغوي.
إقتران الكلمات القرآنية مع بعضها بعضاً.
الأحكام القرآنية متكاملة متعاضدة في وصف وتصوير المسائل.
الحديث الشريف يفسر القرآن الكريم، ويفهم ضمن إطاره.
لا ناسخ ولا منسوخ في القرآن الكريم، فهو فوق الحدوث والإختلاف والتصادم بين أحكامه.
