ومن ألقى نظرة على سيرة سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وجد العجب العجاب، وما يبهر الأبصار ويأخذ الألباب، فهو صلى الله عليه وسلم آية في الأخلاق والآداب (إنك لعلى خلق عظيم)، وآية في العبادة والطاعة لخالقه العزيز الوهاب، وآية في النظر والفكر، وآية في الإصباح والجمال، جمع الله تعالى له صفات الكمال والجلال، مع كونه بشراً يتعرض لما يتعرضون له من الضعف والمرض ونحوهما، فكانت دراسة سيرته صلى الله عليه وسلم من أهم الدراسات وأجملها وأنفعها.
إلى جانب هذه المنظومة ضم الكتاب منظمة أخرى لطيفة، تسهل للحفظ والمذاكرة ولا سيما لمن هو في بداية الطريق، أسماها بـ: "التحفة اللطيفة في حادثات البعثة الشريفة".
