Book Description
إن للخطابة في الإسلام شأن عظيم، إذ هي جزء من كيان الأمة الشامخ، ولسانها الناطق.
إذا علم ذلك، فإنه لا بد أن ندرك أن شيئاً من فقه الخطبة في هذا الزمان قد اندرس، وأن عدداً من الخطباء -ليس بالقليل- في منأى عن العلم بفقه الخطبة وأحكامها، فوقع بسبب ذلك الخلط والخطأ، وكان من ذلكم الخطأ ما يتعلق بالدعاء في الخطبة وحكمه، وهل هو واجب؟ أم مستحب؟ أم محدث؟ وكذلك حكم الدعاء للسلطان في الخطبة أيضاً.
فلهذا الأسباب عزم "سعود الشريم" في جمع ما يتعلق بهذا الأمر من أقوال الفقهاء، ليكون الخطيب على هدى من أمره، وليكون ممن يعبد الله على علم وبصيرة.
