لذلك رأينا أن نجمع التشريعات فى مسائل الوقف فى جزء من هذا المؤلف نتبعه بآخر للمبادئ القضائية لأحكام المحاكم الشرعية والمدنية والإدراية على ختلف درجاتها وأهم المبادئ القضائية المستقرة.
ونختم بالجزء الأخير وهو يشتمل على فتاوى فى الأوقاف صادرة من مجلس الدولة وبعض من فتاوى علماء الأزهر الشريف ودار الإفتاء.
