إن مؤلف هذا الكتاب اضطلع وقرأ كثيرا للامام الفقيه ابن تميمة وتعمق فيها كتب والف فى الفقه وقد لاحظ المؤلف ان الامام كلما اخذ فى بيان حكم شرعى إما أن يذكر مذاهب العلماء أو أن يصحح هذه المذاهب وهذا التصحيح هو رأيه الذى وصل البه مع ذكر أدلته على ما وصل إله .. وان ما يصدر عن الفقهاء من اختيارات يمثل فى معظم الاحيان الترجيح الذى أدى اليه النظر الفقهى بين المذاهب المختلفة بناء على تقرر من الاصول العلمية المنضبطه ومثل هذه الاختيارات تهدف الى تحقيق الراجع من الاقوال بخصوص المسائل المختلف فيها بين العلماء فهى تمثل الحلول الشرعية للمسائل مع مراعاة معطيات التراث الفقهى من جهه وهذا الكتاب هو تحقيق للكتب الفقهيه فى الفتاوى التى الفها الامام ابن تيميه.
