في تبويباته وتفصيلاته ليس ردًّا على شبهات، بل عرض لبعض حقائق الإسلام ابتداءً لتصحيحها للناس، تقديماً لواجب البيان الذي يتحمَّله أهل العلم وطلابه لكل جيل من الأجيال، ومع ذلك فإن هذا الكتاب - في جملته - من باب قرع الحجة بالحجة - إن كانت هناك حجة لمن يتهم الإسلام أصلاً - لنقول لهؤلاء:
أولاً: ادعيتم ظلم الإسلام للمرأة في الميراث! فما قولكم في (147) حالة ترث المرأة فيها ضعف وأضعاف الرجل في الإسلام؟!
ثانياً: ناديتم بالمساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في الميراث - مع كون هذا موجوداً في الإسلام أصلاً! - فماذا ستفعلون في كل هذه الحالات؟! هل ستنادون بالمساواة فيها بين الرجل والمرأة كذلك؟!
ثالثاً: إن الظالم للمرأة في الحقيقة هو أنتم، لا أحد غيركم؛ لأنكم تُنادون بالمساواة مطلقاً بين الرجل والمرأة؛ أي أنكم تنادون بحرمان المرأة من (147) حالة - تزيد لا تقل - ترث فيها ضعف وأضعاف الرجل!، فمن الظالم إذن يا قوم؟!
رابعاً: نقول لهم: إن هذا البحث فيه إعلام لكم بأن توزيع الميراث في الإسلام قائم على العدل، وليس فيه ظُلْمٌ أو محاباة لجنس على حساب جنس، فلئِن كانت المرأة ورثت نصف ما يرث الرجل في مواضع، فلقد ورثت ضعفه، وثلاثة أضعافه، وأربعة أضعافه، وستة أضعافه، وثمانية أضعافه، واثنى عشر ضعفه، في مواضع أخرى، فهل ستقولون أنها إذا ورثت ضِعْفَه فقد ظُلِم الرجل؟! أو ستقولون هو مقتضى العدل؟ - فإن قلتم: ظُلِمَ الرجلُ، فقد تناقضتم؛ لأنكم تقولون بظُلم المرأة دون الرجل. - وإن قلتم: هو مقتضى العدل، قلنا: إذن فعندما ورث الرجلُ الضَّعْفَ كان مُقتضى العدل كذلك، وإلا فهل تقولون بالتفريق بين الجِنْسين؟!
