هناك العديد من أنواع وأشكال الشركات فتتنوع بين شركات أشخاص وأخرى شركات أموال فنجد ان الأولى تنقسم إلى شركة تضامن و توصية بسيطة ومحاصه اما الثانية فتنقسم بدورها إلى شركة مساهمة و توصية بالاسهم واخيرا الشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة يتناول الكتاب كل هذه الأنواع ولكن ليس من الجانب التجاري وانما من الجانب القانوني المنظم لها في ضوء التشريع والفقه واحكام محكمة النقض فيبدأ الكتاب بالحديث عن انواع الشركات ثم الاحكام العامة في القانون وتكوين عقد الشركة وصولا إلى الاركان الموضوعية العامة والخاصة. يلي هذا تناول الشخصية الاعتبارية للشركة وذلك من آثار العقد. ينتقل بعد نظم التكوين إلى الاحكام الخاصة والاسباب لحالات الانقضاء والبطلان وفقا لاحكام محكمة النقض اما في الجزء الاخير من الكتاب فنجد صيغ دعاوي عقود شركات المساهمة كنماذج لما سبق تناوله.
