هذه دراسة لمسألة القطعية والظنية في أصول الفقه الإسلامي ساعرض فيها للقطعية والظنية في الأدلة والدلالة: اولا: الدلالة وسنعرض للدليل وتعريفه لغة واصطلاحا والدلالة لغة واصطلاحا والامارةوالحجة والبرهان. ثم تتبع ذلك بالكلام على أقسام الدليل ثم نتكلم عن العلم والظن. ثانيا : الأدلة وسنعرض فيه للقطعي والظني في الكتاب والسنة ثم الطلام على القطعي والظني في الادلة اللفظية ورأى الإمام الرازي فيها والرد عليه ثم نتكلم عن القطعي والظني في القواعد الأصولية ثم نتكلم عن القطعي والظني في العام ودلالته على أفراده ثم نتكلم عن القطعي والظني في الاجماع والقطعي والظني في القياس.
