وفي مثل ها الحال تصبح المصالح الشخصية أهدفها للدين، وتصير الأغراض الخاصة غاية للشريعة، ويصبح من يعارض العبث بالدين خائنًا بل كافرًا، وزنديقًا، ولا يكون من يكشف التلاعب بالشريعة عميلًا فقط بل ملحدًا مرتدًا.
