انتظرتُ أن تزهر قدمي أو أن تحطّ الفراشات مكانها كما لو أنّها زهرةٌ ضوئيّةٌ على ضفاف الطّرقات، لكنّها لم تُزهر من جديدٍ، بل وعلى العكس راحت قدمي الثّانية تُبرى شيئًا فشيئًا على دروب التّيه الّتي كانت بوصلة روحي تدلّني إليها... هكذا، حتّى اختفيتُ كلّيًّا ولم يبقَ منّي سوى قلمي بقدمٍ واحدةٍ - مثلي تمامًا - وبعض الكلمات المبعثرة هنا وهناك في زوايا محراب وجودي. حينها فقط، أدركت أنّ لحروب الذّاكرة مفقودين أيضًا تمامًا كمفقودي أيّ حربٍ تنشب بين بلدين، وإنّنا نحن الّذين ننتشي التّيه في حالة حصارٍ دائمةٍ تجعلنا مجرّد قبيلةٍ من الغجر تسبح في فضاء اللّاوجود وأنّه مهما سلكنا من طرقاتٍ تبقى الطّريق إلى العدم الّتي تمرّ من خلالنا أكثرها زحمةً ويجب أن نسلكها حفاة.
