فأطلقوا عليه في حملته الانتخابية "الاستبن" وتطورت بعد ذلك السخرية بنفس معدل سقوطه في الحكم، فتنافس مع مبارك على التشبيهات الحيوانية، وحصد لقب "الخروف" بجدارة، وكان هتاف المصريين لإسقاطه في 30 يونيه، إرحل إرحل.. يا ابن سنية وهي المرة الأولى التي يذكر فيها المصريون والدة رئيس في هتافهم ضده، وربما حدث ذلك للمرارة الزائدة التي شعر بها الشعب نتيجة خيبة أملهم في أول رئيس منتخب بعد ثورة، فالمصريون لا يعرفون اليأس، ولا يوجد أحد فوق نقدهم وسخريتهم، وربما تشهد الطبعة الثانية من الكتاب إضافة الهتاف الشهير الذي سيستقبل به المصريون الفريق السيسي إذا تولى الحكم في مصر!
