ان الوسائط المعلوماتية قادمة إلينا بكل قوه ، بل هى قد اقتحمت منازلنا ، ولا نريد أن نذهب بعيدا فى شرح حسنا الانفوميديا ، ولكننا ونحن فى منازلنا الالكترونية نعيش فى حصار بالمعنى المعروف ،إذ ان التكنولوجيا التى هى واسطة الانفوميديا تجمعنا بمن حولنا من البشر والعوالم الاخرى ، كما انها تثير الدهشة من جميع الجوانب المختلفة . فالوسائط المعلوماتية المرتبطة بالتلفزيون التعليمى سواء كانت مرتبطة بأساليب البث او وسائل الاتصال تختلف اليوم عن بداية ظهور التليفزيون لاول مرة ، فهو كان قديما عبارة عن صندوق لبث الصور ، وبعد ذلك قام ببث الصور المتحركة ،ثم ظهرت الدهشة على وجوهنا عندما ظهر التزامن الصوتى مع الصور المتحركة. وبعد ذلك ظهرت ظاهرة البث الفضائى للتليفزيون العادى والملون ، ثم ظهر التليفزيون المتنقل ، والتليفزيون المحمول ، لكننا مع الجديد اصبحنا نمتلك الهواتف الصغيرة ،والهواتف الذكية ، وسلاسل من الالعاب الالكترونية والحاسوب الصغير الذى يمكن من خلاله مشاهدة جميع البرامج التليفزيونية ، بل ان هذه الاجهزة وسواها وغيرها مما لم تذكر ، رسمت لنا سبل حياتنا فى داخل منازل ذكية هى الاخرى ، ستتصل بما حولها بدون قيود... يستهدف هذا الكتاب الفئات التالية :- المعلمين(من مرحلة رياض الاطفال حتى التعليم الجامعى )، طلاب (كليات التربية – الاعلام – الاداب – التربية النوعية )، طلاب الدراسات العليا بكليات التربية والتربية النوعية، المهتمين بالعملية التعليمية، أمناء المكتبات، المتخصصين فى انتاج البرامج التليفزيونية التعليمية، طلاب وباحثى كلية الاعلام، المتخصصين بالقنوات التعليمية المختلفة.
