الزُّرقاني، عبدالباقي (1055 - 1122هـ، 1645 -1710م).
أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الباقي بن يوسف بن أحمد بن شهاب الدين بن محمد الزرقاني ، الفقيه المالكي الأصولي.
ولد بالقاهرة. نسبته إلى ُزْرقان وهي قرية من قرى منوف بمحافظة المنوفية بمصر. له عدة مصنفات، منها: شرح المواهب اللدنية للقسطلاني، وهو مطبوع، وله أيضاً: مختصر المقاصد الحسنة للسَّخاوي؛ شرح موطأ الإمام مالك وغيرها. توفي بالقاهرة.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وبه نستعين، وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على عباده الذين اصطفى.
أما بعد:
فقد جاءني بعض الناس بأسئلة جمعها من أماكن شتى، وجعلها نظماً – والله أعلم بالقصد – فأردت أن أكتب عليها حرفاً، وأرد ما عنها صفحاً، ثم حسن الظن، فشرحتها على سبيل الحاشية.
فكتبت عليها ما يسره الله تعالى لي من فضله، خوفاً من قوله عليه الصلاة والسلام: «من سئل عن علم فكتمه ألجمه الله بلجام من نار يوم القيامة».
رواه أحمد، وأبو داود، والترمذي وحسنه، وابن ماجه، والحاكم وصححه من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه.
وبالله استعنت، وعليه توكلت، وهو حسبي ونعم الوكيل.
