القانون ليس مجرد قواعد تطبق على الشخص الراشد فحسب إنما هو سلوك بحد ذاته، إذا إعتاد الإنسان على إحترامه منذ الصغر أمسى نهجاً ثابتاً في حياته. إنطلاقاً من هذا المبدأ، جاء هذا الكتاب ليخاطب مخاطبة "شباب الغد" عبر سلسلة من المعلومات (رحلات)، صيغت بأسلوب سهل ومبَسط، هدفها تعريف "الجيل الصاعد" على مفهوم "السلامة المرورية" وترسيخ مبدأ الإنضباط والسلوك الراقي في أذهانهم، إيمان بأن أطفال اليوم هم "عماد المستقبل" ولا تقوم الأوطان وتزدهر إلا بهم.
وقسمت هذه الرحلات إلى ثلاثة أقسام: القسم الأول: عبارة عن معلومات سعى من خلالها إلى خلق علاقة ودية بين "سائق الغد" وكل ما يقع عليه بصره في الشارع من ألوان وأشكال وخطوط... لها علاقة "بالسلامة المرورية".
وتطرق في القسم الثاني: إلى بعض المواضيع التي تتعلق بصورة مباشرة بالسلوك السليم للجيل الصاعد، مع التركيز على دوره ومدى أهمية هذا الدور في مجال "السلامة المرورية".
وأما القسم الثالث فهو "رحلات" من نوع آخر، أنه عبارة عن ملخصَ للقسمين السابقين يتضمن بعض الأسئلة التي يختبر فيها "سائق الغد" مدى إستيعابه للمواضيع المطروحة وتفاعله معها.
وختاماً، ضمنت هذه الرحلات ملخصاً هو عبارة عن أسئلة وأجوبة يختبر فيها "السائق" مدى تجاوبه مع المواضيع المطروحة.
