داعية إسلامي له مؤلفات في العمل الإسلامي ونظريات في التغيير، وهو أديب وناقد ونحوي سعودي من أصل فلسـطيني، حصل على بكالوريوس في التربية والتعليم وأصول التدريس من فلسطين، وبكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات الكهربائية من مصر والماجستير والدكتوراة في نفس التخصص من كندا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
عمل مدرسا في سوريا والكويت وفي مجال الإعلام الإذاعي في سوريا والسعودية وكان ممن أسسوا التلفزيون السعودي. أنشأ "د داعية إسلامي له مؤلفات في العمل الإسلامي ونظريات في التغيير، وهو أديب وناقد ونحوي سعودي من أصل فلسـطيني، حصل على بكالوريوس في التربية والتعليم وأصول التدريس من فلسطين، وبكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات الكهربائية من مصر والماجستير والدكتوراة في نفس التخصص من كندا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
عمل مدرسا في سوريا والكويت وفي مجال الإعلام الإذاعي في سوريا والسعودية وكان ممن أسسوا التلفزيون السعودي. أنشأ "دار النحوي للنشر والتوزيع بالرياض" وأصدر من خلالها مؤلفاته. له عضوية في عدد من الجهات الأدبية والثقافية والمهنية مثل "معهد المهندسين الكهربائيين في إنجلترا"، و"مركز الأبحاث والدراسات الإسلامية في الأردن"، "الهيئة العربية العليا بفلسطين"، رابطة أدباء الشام، اتحاد الناشرين العرب، جمعية الناشرين السعوديين وعضو مؤسس في رابطة الأدب الحديث بالقاهرة ورابطة الأدب الإسلامي العالمية.
دواوينه الشعرية : الأرض المباركة 1987 - موكب النور 1987 - جراح على الدرب 1987 - مهرجان القصيد 1993 - عبر وعبرات 2000.
أعماله الإبداعية الأخرى : منها: ملحمة الغرباء 1987 - ملحمة القسطنطينية 1988 - ملحمة فلسطين 1989 - ملحمة الجهاد الأفغاني 1991 - ملحمة أرض الرسالات 2000.

يحتوي هذا الكتاب على نص الكلمة التي ألقاها الدكتور "عدنان علي رضا النحوي" في إنكلترا بتاريخ 19/1/1412 و1/2/1412، 7/2/1412هـ، وهي بعنوان "فلسطين بين المنهج الرباني والواقع"، وفيها بين أهمية توحيد التصور والفهم لقضية فلسطين حتى يتوحّد النهج والموقف، وتتوحد الكلمة والخطوة والهدف، كما ويبين كذلك أن التصور الموحد الذي يدعى له يجب أن ينهض على أساس ثابت واضح من القرآن والسنة.
