نظراً لأهمية المسيح عليه السلام وما فيها من دروس وعبر ولما تعرضت له من التحريف والتشويه عبر التاريخ يسلط المؤلف في كتابه هذا الضوء على حياة المسيح في القرآن الكريم، ففيه الرؤية الصحيحة التي لا ريب فيها. جاء ذلك كله ضمن فصول بسبعة ومقدمة تناول المؤلف في المقدمة مسألة اعتقاد المسلمين في المسيح وفي السيدة مريم، أما الفصل الأول فقد دار حول حياة السيدة مريم وزكريا ويحي عليه السلام، في الفصل الثاني تمّ الحديث عن ميلاد المسيح: مدة حمله، كيفيتها، وأحداث الولادة وفترة طفولته وصفاته وقبسات من حياته، وأما الفصل الثالث فقد دار حول نبوّة المسيح شريعته معجزاته وموقف اليهود تجاه دعوته وأتباعه، وثمّ في الفصل الرابع مناقشة مسألة صلب السيد المسيح وقضية موته، وخصص الفصل الخامس للحديث عن بشارة المسيح برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وتحدث الفصل السادس عن غلو النصارى وزعمهم بنوته لله تعالى ومناقشة ذلك الأمر طارحاً للبحث مسألة مخطوطات البحر الأحمر (قمران) ومضمونها، وتحدث الفصل السابع حول ما أوحاه الله تعالى إلى المسيح، ومما جاء في الإنجيل، وحول مواعظ المسيح، واختتم البحث بمجموعة قصائد في السيد المسيح.
