هذا الكتاب يتناول قضية فى غاية الخطورة وهى الهجوم الغربى على الإسلام عامة وعلى شخص الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام ذاته خاصة ، هذا هو ماحدث من بابا الفاتيكان (بندكت) الذى إتهم الإسلام ورسوله بأشياء ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان... كعدم العقلانية أو شيطانية م أتى به محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، غيرها من الإتهامات الباطلة لإنسان لم يأت سوى بالخير للبشرية وكان على خلق عظيم. يقوم الكتاب بالرد على ما قاله البابا بعد ان قدم نص محاضرته، ليتناول بعدها موقف الدولة الغريبة من الصور المسيئة للرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام ثم الدراسات الأوربية عن الإسلام ودور المستشرقين. كذلك يقوم بالرد على كل هذا معتمداً فى رده على ثلاثة ماحور هى العقلانية، حرية الاعتقاد ثم الأخلاق والشرور فى كل من الواقع الإسلامى والمسيحين على حد سواء.
