لم يكن أسامة الدناصورى يخجل من الكتابة عن جسده، هذا الجسد الذى أتته الخيانة من أعضائه، منذ أصيب فى الصبا بآلام ظلت تزيد حتى أخذته إلى " الفشل الكلوى".
سنوات وأاسمة يهذب للغسيل ثلاث مرات أسبوعياً، يعمل ويكتب ويتحدث ويحب ويصادق. وفى اليوم التالى يسلم جسده " للجاهز" الذى صار بعد وقت ديقه اللدود: يتركه ساعات ليعمل فى جسده، ويتفرغ هو للقراءة أو الشرود، أم محادثة المرضى والممرضات، سنوات وهو يسرد شفوياً، محتاراً فى " الطريقة المثلى" لكتابة فضاء المرض وتجربته، حتى انفجرت الكتابة دفعة واحدة فى الصيف الماضى. كان يكتب كأنه يأكل فى آخر واده، بتوتر وانهماك وسرعة. ولكام أنجز نصاً حمله معه أينما حل، وبثه للأصدقاء البعيدين، وألقاه على القريبين، كما يلقى شعره، ولكما استشعر من سامعية ما عهده فيهم من الرضا تالقت شعره، وكلما استشعر من سامعيه ما عهده فيهم من الرضا تألقت عيناه، وبانت الدماء فى وجهة، واسترخى، كأنه خصائص شعر أسامة التكثيف والسخرية ونفى الزوائد وكراهية السنتمنتالية والتجاور بين الكلاسيكى ونقيضه. كما أن فيها ذلك التوقد الدائم لديه لتنحية " المعنى الأول الخادع" والبحث عن معان أخرى، أبعد وأعمق ، مع أنه، ويا للعجب، يبدأ دائما من السطح والتجاعيد والثنايا".
