هذا الكتاب نفحات إيمانية من فكر السيد أبي عبد الله الحسين القحطاني جاءت على شكل أسئلة وجهت إليه حول الإمام المهدي "القائم" وتمت الإجابة عليها وفق أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والأئمة الأطهار عليهم السلام.
جاء الكتاب في إعداد الأستاذ "صلاح الكاظمي" والذي قام بطرح الإجابات مجملة لكل سؤال وكما وردت على السيد أبي عبد الله الحسين القحطاني.
يضم الكتاب عدة أبواب احتوت على أسئلة من مثل: ما هي مواصفات الإمام المهدي، ما الفرق بين تسمية الإمام المهدي والقائم؟، لماذا لقب بالمنتظر؟، ما هي الإمامة؟، ومن باب الظهور أسئلة مثل: ما هو الظهور وما هو القيام؟ من أي مكان يقوم الإمام؟، أما في باب الحتم والبداء أسئلة مثل: ما معنى الحتم والبداء في العلامات وما هي أنواعه؟ ولباب العلامات سؤال هام عن علامات قرب القيام للإمام المهدي، ومن باب سيرته سنعرض الأدلة الدالة على صدقه، وفي باب إقامة العدل تفسير لمعنى كيف يملئ الإمام الأرض عدلاً؟ ثم يأتي باب القيام وما يرتبط به وفيه سؤال: هل يقوم الإمام قبل الخسف أم بعد الخسف؟ ولماذا؟ ويجيب باب اليماني والسفياني عن معنى ما ورد في الرواية (قبل السيفاني مصري ويماني)؟ ومن أي مكان يقوم اليماني؟ (...) وهكذا إلى آخر ذلك من أسئلة أجاب عليها السيد القحطاني وجميعها تؤكد حتمية مجيئ الإمام المهدي وإقامة العدل على الأرض... والله أعلم...
