أعدت هذه الموسوعة لكي تلبي حاجات القارئ المتدبر لكتاب الله تعالى، تجمعها له في كتاب واحد يغنيه عن الرجوع إلى غيره أثناء قراءته.
فقدمت له النص القرآني بخط فني جميل ميزت فيه ألفاظ الجلالة بلون أحمر، وأسماء الله الحسنى بلون أخضر يتيح للقارئ أن يخرج من تلاوته بذخيرة من أسماء الله الحسنى التي أمر أن يدعى بها.
وأحاط بالنص تفسير وجيز أعده الدكتور وهبه الزحيلي متضمناً أسباب النزول بادية بلونها الأحمر، ينقل القارئ بصره إليها في الصفحات ذاتها كلما استغلق عليه معنى، أو رغب بمعرفة سبب نزول آية.
ذلكن هو التفسير الوجيز على هامش القرآن العظيم صفحة 1-615.
وللتجويد وحسن الترتيل قواعد وأحكام، يجدر بالقارئ إتقانها بالتقي والمشافهة والسماع، حتى يصبح تطبيق الأحكام وإخراج الحروف من مخارجها ملكة لديه، تعينه على الانصراف إلى فهم المعاني وتدبرها.. فإن أشكل عليه شيء أو نسيه رجع إليه في باب قواعد التجويد والترتيل.
فإذا تواردت الخواطر على القارئ وتدفقت المعاني على ذهنه، فأراد أن يتابع موضوعاً خارج حدود ألفاظه، ويتتبع فروعه وأبعاده، عمد إلى معجم المعاني ليفتق له موضوعه ويثيره بين يديه، مفرعاً، مبوباً...
أما إن عنت له -في أثناء قراءته- آية مشابهة أو متممة يعرف بعض كلماتها، ويود لو يعرف موضعها من المصحف، فإنه ينتقل فوراً إلى معجم كلمات القرآن العظيم صفحة.
فإن أراد الإلمام بشيء من علوم القرآن، فلسوف يجدها في لمحات عن علوم القرآن.
