كتاب "شارل الحلو من القلب إلى الذاكرة" كتاب يضم وقائع الندوة المنعقدة في جامعة سيّدة اللويزة، في الاثنين 21 كانون الثاني من العام 2002. وقد توزعت أعمال تلك الندوة ضمن ثلاث جلسات، بالإضافة إلى الجلسة الافتتاحية. التي دار الكلام فيها حول الرئيس شارل الحلو ومزاياه وذلك من قبل كل من الأب بطرس طربيه، والرئيس العماد إميل لحود، والمحامي جو الخوري حلو. أما الجلسة الأولى فقد تناوب عليها في الحديث كل من الوزير ميشال إدّه، والسيدة رباب الصدر شرف الدين. وكان موضوع هذه الجلسة "شارل حلو المثقف". أما الجلسة الثانية فقد كان موضوعها "شارل حلو السياسي" وتناوب الكلام فيها كل من الأستاذ غسان تويني، والدكتور إلسكندر نجار، والأستاذ منح الصلح. الجلسة الثالثة كان موضوعها: شهادات: ماذا تبقى من الرئيس شارل حلو؟ تناول الكلام فيها كل من: المطران بشارة الرامي، السيدة بهيّة الحريري، الآنسة رانيا بارود، والنقيب ميشال اليان، والأستاذ جورج غانم.
يجمع الكتاب ما قيل في الاحتفال التكريمي والندوة المخصصة للرئيس الراحل بمناسبة مرور سنة على غيابه. وتتناول المداخلات شارل حلو المثقف والكاتب والمفكر المنفتح، وشارل حلو السياسي الحر وأحد أركان الفرنكوفونية في العالم. كما يتناول أثر الرئيس حلو على المستوى الروحي والاجتماعي والإنساني والحقوقي والإعلامي.
