بدأت قصة هذا المخطوط عندما ذهبت إلى دمشق في صيف عام 1992 وزرت مكتبة الأسد القومية، وحصلت منها على نسخة فيلمية لهذا المخطوط، الذي يقع في (148) صفحة من القطع الصغير.
