هي أول موسوعة شاملة لمرويات عائشة أم المؤمنين، الصديقة بنت الصديق، من أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وعرض لفتاواها، التي من خلالها تؤهل هذه الموسوعة لتفسيراتها لآيات القرآن الكريم، وتنبه إلى الفقه السنة لأول مرة، وتؤرخ لكل فعل وقول من أفعال وأقوال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم مما سمعته منه، ووعته حافظتها، وتحكي فيها عن زواجها بالرسول وما كان يحدث في بيتها، وما كانت تراه فيه، وعلاقتها به وبأصحابه، وما جرى من غزوات، وطريقة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الكلام والصيام والصلاة والقيام وفعله، والكتاب شاهد على تعليقها الفذة واستنباطاتها الفريدة، ويرصد مجاهدتها من أجل الإسلام، فكانت عائشة حجة الإسلام، والداعية والمجادلة والمنافحة والغازية والفائدة، وكانت تؤصل للدين وترسخ لقواعده وكانت عائشة بحق أعظم نساء العالمين، وهذه الموسوعة تتضمن نحو 5636 حديثاً جميعها لأم المؤمنين عائشة أو عنها، فكانت بحق أكثر من أمدّ الإسلام بالأحاديث حتى أن أحاديثها أكثر عدداً من أحاديث كل من أبي هريرة، وأنس، وعلي بن أبي طالب، وأبي بكر، وعثمان، ومن أحاديث أمهات المؤمنين وبنات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بما في ذلك فاطمة عليها السلام.
