تابعت عن كثب مراحل اعداد هذا الكشاف, والذي كان يهدف في البداية الي تكشيف آيات القرآن الكريم في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية, وفقا لمكنز يتضمن الموضوعات الخاصة بهذا العلم.
ومع تقدم العمل واعادة النظر في المكنز - عدة مرات- اصبح واضحا ان المقدمات الاسلامية لهذا العلم - مثله في ذلك مثل باقي العلوم - بحاجة الي عناية لانها هي التي ستضفي علي المكنز وبالتالي علي الكشاف صبغته الاسلامية, وهكذا تحدد وضع مسائل الخدمة الاجتماعية بعد هذه المقدمات وتحدد بالتالي الهيكل العام للمكنز.
ومع تقدم العمل في تكشيف هذه المقدمات الاسلامية اصيح واضحا كذلك انها لا تقتصر علي كونها مقدمات للخدمة الاجتماعية وانما هي مقدمات لكل العلوم لا الانسانية فحسب وانما كذلك للعلوم الطبيعية وان لم تتجه النية الي ذلك في البداية, واصبح القارىء المستهدف بهذا العمل يشمل الباحثين في كافة العلوم وصمم الجزء المختص بمفاهيم الخدمة الاجتماعية علي انه نموذج يفيد المختصين في باقي العلوم ان ارادوا القيام بعمل كشاف للمفاهيم الخاصة بعلومهم.
ولقد تحقق الجزء الاول الخاص بالسنن الالهية وهو الذ بين يدينا ويشمل تكشيف تكشيف للآيات المتعلقة بالسنن الالهية في الآفاق والانفس والامم وهو هذا الجزء الذي بين ايدينا, وكان الاصل فيه ان يقتصر علي ايراد للآيات ذالت الدلالة علي وجود السنة الاليهة علي ان ترد الآيات المشتملة علي الضوابط الشرعية الخاصة بهذه الضوابط في الجزء المتعلق بالضوابط, ولكن رؤى ايراد ضوابط كل سنة معها استكمالا للصورة وحتي لا يسىء البعض فهم السنن اذا كانت مجردة عن ضوابطها ويستسلموا الي قدرية مغلوطة في تصورهم للامور.
