إن مشروعات التشييد تعتبر من المشروعات الهامة في وطننا العربي حيث أنها تخلق فرص عمل كثيرة مع تحقيق زيادة فى رؤوس الأموال مما يسبب حركة إنتعاس اقتصادى لكل الاطراف التى تتمثل فى المكاتب الهندسية وشركات المقاولات والصناعات التى تخدم التشيد مثل صناعة الطوب والسيراميك والاسمنت والحديد وخلافه، ولذلك كلما كانت لنا القدرة على المنافسة العالمية كان لنا القدرة على المحافظة على مكانة دولية فى إدارة تلك المشروعات، ولكن مع الآسف نجد الأن تواجد مكثف للشركات العالمية والمكاتب الاستشارية الدولية التى تعمل فى أكثر الدول العربية وتحتل جزء كبير من حجم الأعمال فى صناعة التشيد ولنا الأن أن نعترف بأن هذه الدول لها السبق فى تحقيق رضاء العميل والسعى إلى كسب ثقته وتحقيق عائد كبير من نجاح المشروعات وذلك من خلال الإدارة الجيدة عالية المستوى عمليا وعالميا مما أصبح لديهم ما يطلق عليه محترفى الإدارة ولذلك فأن اتساع نطاق عملهم وإسناد المشروعات لهم له سبب.
