بعد أعوام ليست بالقليلة أمضيتها بين تعليم اللغة العربية لطالبات المرحلة الثانوية - أقف بينهن أماً رؤوماً، تلملم شتات اللغة لتصنع جيلاً يزهو فخراً بعربيته - وبين أعوام قضيتها في عملي الإشرافي، أمتطي سيارتي من مدرسة إلى أخرى، أزرع في معلماتي حبّ العطاء والتميز، وروح الإبداع والتألق... فجأة يتوقف قطار سيري في محطة جديدة، لتحقيق حلم ظل يراودني منذ حصلت على وثيقة التخرج الجامعية، فالتحقت بالجامعة لأكمل دراساتي العليا، ويالها من أيام حلوة مرة... سهلة صعبة.. احبها حيناً وأكرهها أحياناً... لكني تعلمت فيها الكثير!!!...
التحقت بالجامعة لأغوص في أعماق معشوقتي، التي أبادلها حباً بحب، أمتطي صهوتها فتنقاد لي لتشعرني بأمان الراحلة... فأغذ السير سعيدة مطمئنة... لكني تعلمت في الماجستير الكثير، تعلمت أكثر من البحوث والمقررات... قابلت صنوفاً من البشر، كلاً منهم ترك في ذاكرتي بصمة بالسلب أو الإيجاب.... كانت أستاذتي الموقرة أول أستاذة التقيتها في هذه المرحلة، شعرت يومها بشعور الطالب الذي وجد أستاذاً موقراً سيترك في حياته العلمية والنفسية بصمة لا يمحوها الزمان... وسارت ركائب الأيام لتثبت لي أن عيني الناقدة لم تكن لتخطئ فهذا المعدن الثمين لا يمكن أن يكون يوماً ما جواهر مزيفة أو مقلدة...
قد ننخدع ببعض البشر، ويغرينا ملمسهم الناعم الجذاب، ولكن الأيام هي التي تكشف النقاب عن الحقيقة، وأنهيت المرحلة وما زالت ترتسم في أعماقي وتمكث في سويداء قلبي صورة هذه الإنسانة التي عملت أجيالاً، وتركت بصمات، فأبت قدراتي الأدبية، وحس قلمي المرهف إلا أن يسطرا فيها سفراً خالداً ينطق بوصف شخصية متميزة متألقة - ولعلّ قلمي حين يبادر لذلك يكون منصفاً ولا يغمطها حقها... مهما قدمت لها فهو قليل، لأستاذة علمتني منهج حياة...
