جميع البلاد العربية اليوم تشكو مر الشكوى من ان الناشئة فيها لا تحسن النحو، أو بعبارة أخرى لا تحسن النطق بالعربية نطقا سليما، وكأنما أصيبت ألسنتها بشئ من الأعوجاج والانجارف جعلها لا تستطيع اداء العربية أداء صحيحا. ونخطئ خطأ كبيرا إذا ظننا أن شيئا من ذلك أصاب ألسنة الناشئة في بلداننا العربية جعلها تعجز عن النطق السديد بالعربية، إنما مرجع هذا العجز او القصور إلى النحو الذي يقدم إليها، والذي يرهقها بكثرة أبوابه وتفريعاته وأبنيته وصيغة الافتراضية التى لا تجري في الاستعمال اللغوي.
ويتنادى كثيرون دعونا من هذا التبسيط والتيسير كأن من يبغون ذلك يريدون إدا من الأمر او نكرا، وهم إنما يبغون الخير كل الخير حتى تحسن الناشئة نطق العربية لغة القرآن الكريم، ورايت أن أضع في التيسير بأسسه الستة كتابا مرتبا مفصلا يتخذ أساسا او أصلا لتعليم الناشئة خصائص العربية وقواعد النحو والتمرين عليها والدربة.
ثم رأيت تزويده بحشد من الدراسات والأدلة المستقصية المتانية ، فجاء موزعا على ثلاثة أقسام، قسم لبيان المحاولات المتصلة لتيسير النحو التعليمي قديما وحديثا مع بيان محاولتي المتواضعة في كتاب "تجديد النحو" . وقسم ثان لبيان الشطر الأول من نهجي في تجديد النحو التعليمي قديما وحديثا مع بيان محاولتي المتواضعة في كتاب "تجديد النحو" . وقسم ثان لبيان الشطر الأول من نهجى في تجديد النحو التعليمي وتيسيره بتخليصه من قواعد وأبوابه الفرعية وزوائده وتعقيداته العسرة التى كانت ولا تزال ترق الناشئة إرهاقا شديدا دون ان يجنوا منها شيئا يفيدهم في إتقانهم للعربية. وقسم ثالث لبيان الشطر الثاني من نهجي في تجديد النحو التعليمي وتيسيره باستكمال نواقص فيه ضرورية.
