وإذا كان الإبداع المسرحي المصري يحرم المتلقى يوماً بعد يوم متعة الثراء والتركيب مما يصيبه أحيانا بالذهول وافتقاد المسرح كما ينبغي أن يكون، فيبقى للمصر على العمل في هذا المجال متعة تحدى الفنون المسجلة الأزلية.
وأقصى ما يطمح له هذا الكتاب أن يكون ذاكرة حافظة لأعمالهم من وجهة نظر محددة ومحدودة.
