وكتابنا هذا يبحث فى الفقه المالكى على طريقة السؤال والجواب. ألفه عالم جليل ينتمى إلى قرية "تيدا" المصرية، فسمى كتابه: "الأجوبة التيدية فى فقه السادة المالكية" وحققه عالم فاضل خبير بفن التحقيق. وقد جمع كتابه على طريقة الإحصاء للواجب، والمسنون، والمندوب فى كل سؤال يطرحه، ويجيب عنه، مرتباً إياه على "الأبواب الفقهية" وحسبه أنه جاء خالياً من التعقيد، حاوياً زبد الفقه والتوحيد على وجه يناسب المبتدئ، ويذكر المتوسط، والمنتهى.
هذا إلى جانب تلك المقدمة التى لابد منها فى الإلهيات، والنبوات، والسمعيات.
إنه كتاب جدير بالاقتناء للرجوع إليه فى أمور الدين والدنيا.
